In these Terms & Conditions, the “Organiser”, “Us”, “Our”, or “We” refers to the geNFesT organizer, and “Event” shall mean the event, exhibition or show printed on this ticket.
I. General Terms
By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional rules or instructions provided by the organizer or venue persons-in-charge. Ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer due to non-force majeure reasons. In accordance with the Malaysia Law, attendees aged under 21 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drinks and participate in the online auction session. Attendees should be aware that no financial advice will be provided in the event. Attendees must comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the event and the venue. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or disruptive. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in refusal of admission or ejection from the event without refund. Attendees are able to contact the organizer if there is any issue with the event(s) of geNFesT. If there is any dispute that cannot be resolved between the organizer and attendee, then it must be resolved through arbitration by the Asian International Arbitration Centre. Attendees are not allowed to use trademarks of the event(s) of geNFesT unless the permission has been given by the organizer.
II. Safety and Security
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and security at the event. The organizer is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property or for any injury/death sustained by attendees. Attendees may be subject to security searches and screening prior to entry into the event.
III. Event Details
The organizer reserves the right to change the event schedule, lineup, and venue at any time without prior notice. Some venues will be having limited seats. Attendees should be aware that all programmes or activities are on a first come first served basis. The organizer reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of any part of the Event in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets. If all or any of the Event is planned to take place outdoors, it will take place regardless of weather conditions (unless deemed unsafe by the safety officer). There are no refunds for bad weather or force majeure. The attendees are strongly advised to dress appropriately for an outdoor Event. Attendees are not permitted to bring animals to the Event with the exception of guide, assistance and hearing dogs. Video and sound recordings are not permitted in theatrical and performance areas of the Event (conference) unless written (verbal) permission is provided by the Organiser.
IV. Ticketing
Kindly note that is the sole authorized source for purchasing geNFesT tickets. If attendees obtain the ticket(s) from any other unauthorized source, the attendees take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The event organizer has the right to dishonor such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.
V. Image and Likeness
Attendees consent to the use of their image or likeness in promotional materials for the event.
