PERNIM is an organization that was formed to help fight for the Fate of Children to HIV/AIDS patients, orphans, children without citizenship, Orang Asli children, children out of wedlock and abandoned children in Malaysia. There are a total of 40 children under the care of PERNIM where 35 of them have been lawfully adopted by the Founder of PERNIM and another 5 children who do not have the adoption certification but are still under the care of this organization. PERNIM also helps the women in need especially those were subjected to rape cases. These kids are in need of funds for their education, medications as well as their daily needs. As a non- profit organization, PERNIM requires constant funding to maintain the wellbeing and provide the daily and educational needs of the children.

The target beneficiary for this event is Persatuan Kebajikan Anak Pesakit HIV/AIDS Nurul Iman Malaysia (PERNIM). The collected funding is to help fund the children daily needs and necessities along with the funding for their education fees and tuition fees.

The registration fee is inclusive of event T shirt and participation medal.

Terms and Conditions: Run For Hope Event Ticket Sales

  1. General Information
    • The “Run For Hope” is organized by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Graduate School of Business – MBA students.
    • By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below
  2. Ticket Purchase
    • Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket for the Event.
    • Tickets can be purchased online through the official Event website or designated ticketing platforms.
    • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as provided in section 3 (Cancellation or Postponement).
    • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any ticket purchase at their discretion.
  3. Cancellation or Postponement
    • In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Event due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control (e.g., force majeure, public health emergency), the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative date or refund the ticket price.
    • The Organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by Participants as a result of Event cancellation or postponement.
  4. Participant Responsibility
    • Participants understand and acknowledge that participating in the Event involves physical activity and potential risks. It is the responsibility of each Participant to assess their own health and fitness levels and consult with a healthcare professional if necessary before participating.
    • Participants must comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the Organizer and Event staff.
    • Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful manner and refrain from engaging in any behaviour that may harm themselves, others, or the reputation of the Event.
    • Participants must follow all local laws and regulations during the Event.
    • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and any losses or damages incurred during the Event.
  5. Health and Safety
    • Participants must adhere to all health and safety protocols set forth by local authorities, including but not limited to COVID-19 guidelines, if applicable.
    • Participants experiencing any symptoms of illness or who have been in contact with someone diagnosed with an infectious disease must not attend the Event.
    • The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove Participants from the Event premises if they pose a risk to the health and safety of others.
  6. Photography and Media Release
    • By participating in the Event, Participants grant the Organizer permission to use their likeness, including photographs, videos, and audio recordings, for promotional and marketing purposes.
    • Participants waive any rights or claims regarding the use of their likeness by the Organizer.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    • The Organizer shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred by Participants during the Event, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
    • Participants acknowledge that participating in the Event is voluntary and at their own risk.
  8. Privacy
    • The Organizer will collect and process personal information provided by Participants solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the Event.
    • The Organizer will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
  9. Modifications
    • The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via the official Event website or email.

Persatuan Kebajikan Anak Kepada Pesakit HIV/AIDS Nurul Iman Malaysia (Nurul Iman Welfare Society for the Children of People Living With HIV/AIDS, Malaysia) berdaftar secara rasmi dengan Jabatan Pendaftaran Pertubuhan pada tanggal 17 Mac 2004 dan persatuan ini dikenali sebagai PERNIM. Nombor pendaftaran ialah PPM-007-14-17032004. PERNIM merupakan salah satu persatuan yang mendapat kelulusan pengecualian cukai untuk derma di bawah Subseksyen 44(6) Akta Cukai Pendapatan 1967 daripada Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN). Rujukan pengecualian cukai untuk derma adalah 01/35/42/51/179-6.5776.Seiring dengan kemajuan persatuan, Pengasas dan Yang Dipertua PERNIM iaitu Puan Hjh Norlina Hj Alawi terus bergerak ke hadapan dengan membuka Pusat Perlindungan PERNIM Bhd yang didaftarkan di bawah Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) pada tanggal 26 Mei 2006 dan memegang jawatan sebagai Pengerusi serta Pengamanah Syarikat. Kini Pusat Perlindungan PERNIM Bhd telah ditukar nama kepada Keluarga Besar Norlina Alawi Berhad (KBNAB) dan nombor pendaftaran ialah 735282-B.Sehingga kini PERNIM dan Keluarga Besar Norlina Alawi Bhd di bawah kelolaan Hjh Norlina Hj Alawi yang memberi perlindungan, mendidik dan memberikan kasih sayang kepada empat puluh (40) orang kanak-kanak dan remaja yang terdiri daripada pelbagai latar belakang seperti anak kepada pesakit HIV/AIDS, anak yatim piatu, anak tidak saf taraf, anak mualaf, anak orang Asli, anak bukan warganegara (Indonesia, Filipina, Afrika, Vietnam, Bangladesh), anak daripada keluarga yang tidak berkemampuan dan juga wanita-wanita yang mengandung luar nikah akibat serangan seksual.
