General
1. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
2.No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.
3. This is a fully seated event.
4. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket price exclusive of handling fee ticketing fee & etc.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to TEN (10) tickets per transaction.
6. Please ensure that the ticket purchase under you does not share with any other third party
7. For those who purchase on behalf of your friend/family please make sure the ticket is only given to the right person.
8. For multiple ticket purchasers, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.
9. In the event of any change of the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before Ticket2u customer service agents or any such authorized personnel are registered. Ticket2u/Organizer customer service reserves the right to request further confirmation or documents to verify the purchaser's ID. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organizer ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse hall entry.
10. The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity card submitted online during the ticket purchase. On-ground access control procedure and method are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified here and in any other provision as may be specified from time to time.
11. Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and a confirmation email with a QR code upon collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse the ticket holder to enter the hall.
12. Third parties are not allowed to enter the event hall.
13. A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket.
14. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Ticket2u reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold.
15. Ticket2u will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or destroyed ticket.
16. if in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are require showing proof of purchase, if fail to provide the required evidence, no entry will be allowed.
17. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy, and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos, and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
18. Information is collected from those registering with ticket2u to facilitate tickets or other services available. The information is collected and used by our Private Policy.
19. The information collected from those registering with ticket2u for marketing promotion will be processed per the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provides his/her consent to ticket2u / concert organizer in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners, and/or authorized parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions, and any other marketing and promotional activities.
Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission
20. Purchase of ticket shall only be made on our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”), Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorized copies, and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.
21. If the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.
22. Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, and/or eject any person whose behavior does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.
23. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.
Delay & Postponement
24. Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferrable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under the paragraph below.
25. In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
26. Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
Cancellation

28. In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances
29. Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
Consent
30. During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances, and recording devices.
Assumption of Risk
31. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring before, during, or after the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
Changes to Event
32. Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute any artists/performers’ and or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.
33. Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
Amendments
34. Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right to supplement, add, change, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
