SASA is hosting our very own Charity Concert! Come join us on the 22nd of July 2023 as we 'Spread The Love' raising money for our homes Rumah Kanak-Kanak Trinity and Zomi Education Centre. Invite your friends too, whether from HELP or not, everyone is welcomed.

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") before attending the concert (the "Event"). By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.


     1. Ticket Purchase and Entry:

a. Tickets: Tickets for the Event must be purchased from ticket2u official platform only. The ticket is a revocable license and remains the property of the Event organizers.

b. Tickets: All tickets sold are not transferable and/or refundable unless there's an unexpected cancellation due to any internal or external circumstances.

c. Entry Requirements: Valid tickets must be presented for entry into the Event. HELP Uni Student Ticket Holder must present their NewMyPride profile or student ID on entry.The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not comply with entry requirements or behave inappropriately.

d. Age Restrictions: There are no age restrictions for the Event.


     2. Event Rules and Conduct:

a. Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited at the Event: weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages, laser pointers, professional recording devices, and any other items deemed dangerous or disruptive by the Event organizers.

b. Code of Conduct: All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner, refraining from any behavior that may harm or disturb others, including but not limited to harassment, violence, or any illegal activities.

c. Filming and Photography: Attendees may be filmed, photographed, or recorded during the Event. By attending the Event, you grant the Event organizers the right to use your image or likeness in promotional materials without any compensation.


     3. Cancellation or Postponement:

a. Event Changes: The Event organizers reserve the right to change the date, venue, lineup, or any other aspect of the Event. In the event of such changes, reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders in advance.

b. Cancellation: If the Event is canceled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund, subject to the Event organizer's refund policy. The Event organizers will not be responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by ticket holders.


     4. Liability and Indemnity:

a. Personal Property: The Event organizers will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the Event.

b. Personal Injury: Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the Event, and the Event organizers will not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, or accident that occurs during the Event.

c. Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event organizers, their employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their attendance at the Event.


     5. Miscellaneous:

a. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

b. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Event is held.

c. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the Event and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

School Achievers Study Award (SASA)
The SASA GIVES BACK PROJECT was introduced in 2010 as a channel for SASA students to do community service and to contribute to society. The School Achievers Study Award starting from 2010 have been raising funds by selling T-shirts, crafts, snacks and organizing charity bazaar activities.
