TERM AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.
2. This is a fully seated event and free seating according to the zone.
3. No admission for any infants or children under age 12 years old. 
4. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket price exclusive of handling fee ticketing fee & etc.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) purchaser can only be used to purchase up to FOUR (4) tickets per transaction.
6. For those who purchase on behalf for your friend/family please make sure the ticket only given to the right person.
7. For multiple ticket purchaser, you are solely responsible for all the ticket under your purchase.
8. Ticket2u/Organizer customer service reserve the right to request for further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organizer ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse for hall entry.
9. Purchasers MUST show :  
   1. the original Identity Card
   2. Student/ staff ID of the university (optional); and
   3.  the confirmation email with QR code upon collection. 
   4. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse ticket holder to entry the hall..
10. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Ticket2u reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold.
11. Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.
12. The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers which the ticket holder may face while attending the event. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the stadium or venue.
13. The entrance wristband can be collected at 5:00 pm at Ticket counter (Foyer of Dewan Tunku Canselor) in the evening on the day of the concert.
14. The ticket buyer/holder shall be responsible for all entrance wristband after they have been picked up/collected, LOST or DAMAGED of the entrance wristband will not be exchange or entertained.
15. If in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are require showing the prove of purchase, if fail to provide require evident, no entry will be allowed.
16. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
17. Information is collected from those registering with ticket2u in order to facilitate ticket or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Private Policy.
18. The information collected from those registering with ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provide his/her consent to ticket2u / concert organiser in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners and/or authorised parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions and any other marketing and promotional activities Purchase of ticket shall only be made solely at designated website https://www.ticket2u.com.my/ Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.
19. In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.
20. Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse the admission to, and/or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.
21. The show will proceed as per time and date stated upon purchasing the ticket

DELAY & POSTPONEMENT

1. Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferrable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under paragraph below:

a) In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.

b) Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

CANCELLATION

1. Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
2. In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances
3. Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

CONSENT

During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

RECORDING/ AUDIOTAPING

No photography using professional DSR camera, audio or video recording with pro audio visual equipment is allowed during the Event.
