The MRCA Retail Conference is an annual prestigious event that strives to raise the level of awareness and understanding and the need to change to business leaders and entrepreneurs alike from all sectors so that they in turn can take advantage of the knowledge gained to build stronger, strategic, digital initiatives within their respective organization. We are expecting about 300 C-Level Executives, plus key business operation implementors from various retailing sectors, shopping malls, property developers, media, retail-related industries, and government officials who will attend this event. 

1. Each ticket purchased is entitled to ONE attendee. No duplicate entry for each ticket.

2. Ticket purchased is strictly not refundable after a successful purchase.

3. Ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other products and services.

4. Member Price is STRICTLY FOR MRCA MEMBERS ONLY. If any participants are Non-Member and purchased at MRCA Member Price, a penalty of RM150 will be charged per ticket. 

5. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event details without prior notice.

6. By purchasing a ticket from us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

7. Kindly present the printed ticket or show the online e-ticket QR code for verification purposes upon registration on the event day.
