Welcome to Ichiban Fest, an exciting ACG event held in Da Men Mall Subang, Malaysia. At Ichiban Fest, anime and manga enthusiasts can participate in exciting activities such as Cosplay and Singing Competitions, Live Performances by local artists, meet-and-greets with your favorite cosplayers, and browse a variety of merchandise booths selling doujins and other anime-related items. With so much to see and do, Ichiban Fest is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the world of anime and manga and meet fellow fans from around the region.

1. Costumes must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.

2. Weapons or props that may cause harm, such as metal swords, sharp objects or firearms are not allowed. Any props that resemble weapons must be made out of foam or cardboard.

3. The use of glitter, confetti or any other material that may leave a mess or damage the mall premises is strictly prohibited.

4. Cosplayers should refrain from using vulgar or offensive language, gestures or behavior.

5. Respect the mall's property and other visitors. Any damage caused will result in a fine and/or the cosplayer being banned from future events.

6. Cosplayers are expected to follow the mall's code of conduct, including dress codes and behavior policies.

7. Photographers and attendees must request permission before taking pictures of cosplayers, and respect the cosplayer's privacy and personal space.

8. Any activity that may cause a disturbance, such as running, shouting, or playing loud music, is not permitted.

9. The mall reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not follow the rules and regulations, or poses a threat to the safety of other visitors.

By following these basic rules and regulations, a cosplay event can be a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
