How to upload Virtual Run Result

Step 1: Go to https://www.ticket2u.com.my/event/27413/e5-ultra-virtual-run-2022

Step 2: click on <Upload Virtual Run Results>

Step 3: Key in your <Ticket Number>.

NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code. Refer to image below.

Step 4:  Upload your screenshot of your running proved, insert your distance then submit. If you have completed your distance, system will show 100% and hooray!

NOTE: Each run result distance can be accumulated. The run results upload must follow date & time sequence. Running date can be on same date with multiple run result, please enter the different time in sequence. Refer to image below as your reference. Remark box ( Elevation Gain)

How to download e-cert

Step 1: COMPLETE 100% YOUR CHALLENGE. Go to https://www.ticket2u.com.my/event/27413/e5-ultra-virtual-run-2022
NOTE: Incomplete challenge you are not entitled for download the e-certificate.

Step 2: Click on <E certificate> and key in your "Ticket Number".
NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code.

Terms and Conditions

E5 Ultra Virtual Run 2022  is organized by EidosFive Enterprise 202103259818 (NS0258786-D) . 

The virtual run is open to all residents who have a valid address in Malaysia. 

There will be strictly no refund available to Participants who do not eventually take part in the Virtual Run, for any reason. 

Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their Event entry to another party. 

The finisher’s entitlement will be delivered to the mailing address provided in the registration form. 

If Participants would like to send it to a different mailing address besides their own, please enter his/her address during registration. 

In case Participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred. 

The Finisher's T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained. 

All T-shirts measurement are subject to 0.5” tolerance. If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. 

Upon request, the Organizer will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants. 

Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participant. 

If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded. 

The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form. Submission of the result must be submitted before 31JULY 2022 (12 pm). 

If participants are unable to submit the result before the deadline, they will be considered as disqualified and will not be entitled to any rewards. Therefore, there will be NO delivery of any medal or T-shirt. 

The finisher entitlement will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the registration batch by batch, starts from 15 August 2022 (1st Batch) onwards The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
