Bringing together people from all over Malaysia to introduce and celebrate the durian festival happening at Pavillion, Bukit Jalil on 16th-17th July 2022. The festival aims to bring together 3,000 participants from all over the country and will feature up to 4 popular durian selections as well as many other tropical fruits and drinks.

1. When is the event? - 16th – 17th of July 

2. What time should I arrive? - Arrive 30mins earlier for refreshments before entering. *Refreshments while stock last

3. What’s the duration of the durian buffet? - Eat all you can, dining time only 1 hour 

4. What is the exact location? - Piazza Pavilion Bukit Jalil 

5. What are the parking arrangements and directions? - You may park at Pavillion Bukit Jalil basement, then use the escalator to Level 3. Piazza Pavillion Bukit Jalil is just right in front of Starbucks. 

6. How many types of durian will be served at the event? - There will be 4 types of durian on the tray, RM88 comes WITHOUT Musang King. 

7. Is Musang King available to purchase on that day? - Musang King is available to purchase during each session. 

8. Can I purchase the ticket on the spot? - Tickets available for purchase on the spot will be based on availability during that day. 

9. Can I change slot if I suddenly cannot make it on the time I booked? - You are not able to change any slot once your booking is confirmed.

The organiser will conduct random inspections. Those who are case-confirmed and symptomatic are not allowed to attend.

· Dining time is 1 hour only.

· For the buffet, there will be 4 types of durian on the tray, RM88 comes without Musang King.

· Musang King is available to purchase during each session.

· If you missed out on your own session, you are not allowed to enter before or after your session.

· Refill is only available when all 4 types of durian in the tray are finished.

· Masks are mandatory.

· No outside food and drinks allowed.

· Entrance doors open 30 minutes before the buffet starts

· One QR code is for one attendee.

· No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under “Event Cancellation” or “Postponement”.

· The purchaser with the Ticket2U QR code can directly show the code at the entrance for scanning. Please go straight to the event main entrance, your ticket will be redeemed on arrival by the scanning of the above QR code.

· We bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your personal property whilst at the event.
