Indemnity
In consideration of the Organiser accepting this entry and registration to participate in this walk, I hereby waive and release any and all rights or claim to damages I may have against the Organiser holding this walk, their agents, representatives, successors, assigns, sponsor for any and all injuries, death and invalidity I may sustain before, during or after the course of the walk arising as a result of it. I hereby indemnify the Organiser and keep them indemnified and waived against all claims or damages that may arise in the consequence of the above.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The walk is open for adults above 16 years of age.
- The Registration fee is RM 50 per participant.
- All registration forms must be received by 25th October 2019 (either hardcopy for cash payments or via Ticket2U).
- Collection of T-shirt starts from 11th November 2019 to 15th November 2019 at Psychiatry Clinic, HRPB Ipoh from 8 AM-5 PM. No changes in size will be entertained. All participants are encouraged to wear this T-shirt for the event.
- Each participant will receive a Medal, a T-shirt, a Certificate & a Goodies Bag.
- The Organiser reserves the right to reject any entry application without providing any reason/s.
