We wish to bring your attention regarding the event you previously registered -
1. Spring Run 2019 (Taman Botani Pulau Pinang), which was originally scheduled to be held on 21 April 2019 but regrettably CANCELLED ;
2. Spring Run 2019 (Batu Kawan), which was originally scheduled to be held on 21 April 2019 but regrettably POSTPONED till 18 August 2019. 

The event organiser have offered 3 options to the registered buyer.
Option 1 : Transfer your registration to Spring Run 2019 (Batu Kawan).
Event New Date : 18 August 2019

Option 2 : Collect your race pack.
Date : 31 May 2019 (Friday) POSTPONED to Mid of June
Time : 10AM - 7PM TBC
Venue : Taman Botani, Pulau Pinang TBC

Option 3 : Get your refund in full amount.
The refund submission date will be closed on 1 May 2019. Any submission received after that will no longer be entertained as the event organizer have provided ample time for participant to submit their details for refund.

Term & Condition

• The submission period open from now until 30 April 2019. Participants are advice to submit their details as soon as possible. As refund gateway will be close after April. 
• No complaint will be entertain as there are 2 weeks submission timeline allocated for each cut-off batch.
• All the refund will be refund to buyer , who made purchase of the event ticket .
• If any cases who buyer are different with ticket holder , kindly send inquire to [email protected].
• Buyer need ensure all the buyer beneficiary details key-in are correct. If any return or reject by the bank due to spelling error or account number key-in error and cause delay of the estimate timeline, the re-entry for refund will push to the next pay-out. 
• There is optional for buyer to attach their IC/Passport/Licence for verification purpose. However, if the transaction to buyer rejected and need to re-submit to bank , buyer need to bear RM2 as re-submit fee on his own.
• Role of ticket2u.com.my under Cloudhax Sdn Bhd will be agency to proceed for refund, we are not responsible for the cancelled event, which is the sole legal duty and responsibility of the event organiser.
• The refund restricted only for buyer who have register for Spring Run 2019 (Taman Botani Pulau Pinang)

Privacy & Confidential

• All the information capture are solely for Spring Run 2019 (Taman Botani Pulau Pinang)event cancellation refund.
• Document submitted will only be used for bank verification purpose and will be treated with the highest confidential.

Estimate Refund Date

• Refund will be done by batch as it involves mass number of participants.
• The cut-off date of submission will be fall on every 15th of the month, estimated pay-out will be fall on 28th of the same or next month.
• For Example, submission for 16th of previous month - 15th of the month will be refund on the 28th same/next month. 
• The pay-out date may be delay to another batch without prior notice , as we need to wait for organizer to transfer the balance fund to us before Ticket2u.com.my (Cloudhax Sdn Bhd) can proceed to refund. 

Waiver

I/We hereby authorise Cloudhax Sdn Bhd to proceed the refund for the ticket purchases paid by me . I/We confirm all the detail information provided and given are confirmed correct , i /we understand that if any less of information or error in spelling that cause rejected by bank will delay the process of refund and might involve additional charges for resubmit the document for refund. I/We understand that document submit only for Spring Run 2019 (Taman Botani Pulau Pinang) refund.
